Sald Paint

 Sald Paint is a high-performance, water-borne texture coating based on pure acrylic emulsion and carefully selected natural aggregates. Its unique formulation delivers a refined, sand-granule effect that conceals minor substrate imperfections while imparting depth and character to walls and façades. Designed to withstand the harsh Middle East climate, it offers outstanding UV stability, alkaline resistance, and excellent moisture repellence. The low-odor, eco-friendly formula is free from formaldehyde, ammonia, and APEOs, ensuring safe application in both residential and commercial environments.

Product Specifications

Recommended Application System

1. Surface Preparation:
   • Ensure substrate is clean, dry, and free of dust, grease, or loose particles.
   • Repair cracks and level uneven areas.
2. Primer (Optional):
   • If required, apply one coat of Golden Square Universal Primer to improve adhesion on highly porous surfaces.
3. Undercoat:
   • Apply two coats of Golden Square Acrylic Primer tinted to the selected Sald shade. Allow each coat to dry fully.
4. Texture Coat:
   • Using a texture spray gun (nozzle size 4.5 mm, air pressure 80–100 psi) or plastic roller, apply an even layer of Russia Sald Paint.
   • Immediately smooth with a stainless-steel or plastic trowel or roller while still touch-dry to achieve a uniform granule profile.
5. Protective Clear Coat:
   • After 72 hours of curing, apply 2–3 thin coats of Russia Sald Clear Sealer for enhanced washability and extended weather protection.
6. Final Inspection:
   • Once fully dry, inspect for consistency in texture and uniformity of color. Touch up as necessary.
